Argo-SIM slide provides a quantitative and precise method to determine the lateral resolution of an optical system. We used it here with the re-scan confocal microscope, RCM2, and it showed 120 nm lateral resolution after image deconvolution. The great thing of Argo-SIM slide is that it does not introduce user-bias. Learn more about the methodology and results in this document.
